My television screen began flashing. I researched the problem on the Internet which said it was probably the backlight. I was dreading having to buy a new TV. I called David. He was very responsive; provided an estimate over the phone and made an appointment to pick up the TV. He always kept in communication with me. It was indeed the backlight. His final price was quite reasonable and it only took 2 days before it was returned.

Our Samsung LCD TV picture turned very interesting colors of orange, green and purple. I dreaded the thought of having to buy a new tv. I read the reviews and decided to call in for estimate hoping it would be cheaper than replacing. I was quoted a price was pleased. David came out and patiently dismantled the crazy workings of the tv to get to the part. He did have to send this part out of state for repair but confirmed my approval first and quoted the small extra charge to cover the Fedex shipping. Part came back within week and David was right there to install and confirm all working well. I would highly recommend David. He was great to work with, friendly and professional. And bonus for having service done at home!!

My favorite console TV, an 18 year old Mitsubishi CRT model, gave up the ghost. I had decided to scrap it and move up to flat panel TVs, but I liked the picture quality and especially the audio quality of this set. I contacted Master Television services, and got a prompt on site appointment. I was able to answer Dave's questions by e-mail so he was able to hit the ground running. He showed up on time. Identified the problem right away, and had an estimate for repair that was reasonable. After a few days, awaiting parts to arrive, Dave set up a return visit, and voila I had my TV back. Dave's work was excellent. The price was right. He showed up on time, and was very pleasant to work with.
