Can I buy parts
and fix my own television?

Maybe you can fix your own TV if you have experience soldering small parts, reading schematics, and troubleshooting electronics. Keep in mind that modern flat-panel televisions are fragile. Circuit boards and screens can be damaged, and electrostatic discharge can harm sensitive components.

Please use extreme caution. Obviously, we do not recommend you attempt to repair your own television, and please note that many televisions can maintain up to 30,000 volts even after the set has been unplugged from the wall. Please read this publication on safety and precautions.
